My Journey

My journey this far has not been easy, I have experienced many difficult challenges, with compromising relationships that did not serve my identity or integrity, I have experienced Domestic Violence, emotional turmoil and career setbacks. I have been broken, over and over again. I have sat with my darkness, long enough that I have embodied my shadow and worked hard to reframe and realign myself and my thoughts. I have unravelled through the process of ‘spiral’ on three occasions and I have found my true, authentic self. I have learnt through emotional clearing, EFT tapping, inner child work, transformational coaching and through my own unique medicine to be grateful for my triggers. Rumi reminds us that ‘the wound is where the light enters”.

I have transformed, broken, shifted, evolved and moved from wounded healer to empowered healer. I am an embodied, empathetic, clairsentient, empathetic healer and emotional coach, who channels the archetype of the Mother, the nurturing healer and the ancient resonance of Maiden, Mother and Crone. I have age old wisdom, knowing and grace in my bones and you do too. I have dived deep to reconnect with my magic and to come home to myself.
